House includes all new interior features: fully stocked kitchen, Core memory foam mattresses and luxury bedding. Master bedroom has a king bed with large bathroom, guest room has a queen bed and the bunk room has two full size beds and two twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living area is a queen. Full size kitchen equipped with Convection Jenn Air oven and 4 gas burner stove w center griddle. Cuisinart small appliances. Water / ice dispensing refrigerator, dish washer, tile floors and solid surface countertops. All new dishes and serving ware, complementary hot beverage station, full size washer and gas dryer available in the lower level..free WiFi, Netflix and Disney + streaming services. Blue tooth speaker, multi-device charging station. Deck has seating for 6, Weber gas grill, drink station and wood burning enclosed outdoor stove. Enough parking for 2-3 vehicles on the house sized including the use of the oversized garage - parking for (2) vehicles on apartment side.
